I just changed smartphones and I can’t reinstall Gladys Plus on the new one… I had used Authy for authentication.
On the new phone, I installed Authy and it asks me for the website’s QR code where I set up 2FA, or to enter a code manually.

In Gladys Plus I can’t find that code…

If you didn’t make a backup of your Authy codes you need to follow this procedure.
It’s the same principle as Google Authenticator.
The 2FA code is not stored (except on your old phone)

- I don’t have a backup of my Authy codes (first time I’m using two-factor authentication…)
- the multi-device feature wasn’t enabled and when reinstalling Authy, I made the mistake of requesting the deletion of the previous authentication for Gladys Plus (the thing that takes 24h!)
- now Auth

You can then reconfigure it!
