[RESOLVED] I can no longer connect to Gladys +

I lost access to the Authy app some time ago. I deleted my account, tried to recreate one and now I have to scan the Gladys + QR code again. I can still access Gladys + on my laptop because my instance remains logged in, but on my phone I can no longer access it and therefore can’t use Gladys away from home. Is there a way to recover this QR code? Do I need to reconfigure the entire Gladys + account? How should I proceed to resolve my problem?

I’ve just reset your access to Gladys Plus; at the next login you’ll need to reconfigure two-factor authentication (2FA)!
