Installing Gladys on a Smartphone or Tablet

Hello,
I just installed Gladys Assistant on my smartphone following the « Installation on your smartphone » instructions
No problems on that side.
When I enter my data « Email address and Password »
I get the message « E-mail/password incorrect »!
Any idea?

I had the same problem.
I reset my password but it didn’t help.
I had to log in via PC.

I can’t tell you what’s causing it.
I thought it was human error!!

Are you subscribed to Gladys Plus? (it seems to me that this is a prerequisite)

It’s a prerequisite if you try to connect from outside (off Wi‑Fi).

With the app installed, you have access to the login interface even when you’re outside your Wi‑Fi. But in that case it is actually not connected to Gladys.

Not having Gladys Plus, you have no way to connect to your Gladys instance from outside your home.
To be precise, there is the option of connecting via VPN to your box (Freebox allows this by default, for example), so that will work even when you’re away from your Wi‑Fi as long as you’re on the VPN. But it’s not a turnkey solution like Gladys Plus (which also lets you support the project).

Indeed, the interface you see is the Gladys Plus interface, and you need an account :slight_smile:
