Gladys Plus connection problem

Hello everyone,
This morning I tried to access Gladys and therefore retrieve my code via two-factor authentication (2FA).
But it’s impossible to reinstall the app on iPhone. It’s no longer available in the App Store.
So I tried another app from the store but to reconfigure it, you need the original QR code.
However I can’t find this code anywhere (neither in emails nor in the Gladys instance)
Could you point me in the right direction to resolve this issue?

It’s a code only given when the account is created. @pierre-gilles being the admin of Gladys Plus, he should be able to reset your 2FA and unlock you, I think.

FYI, there are apps like Authy that let you use 2FA and back it up online (encrypted) so it can be reinstalled later without having to redo all the 2FA codes. Handy :wink:

This morning I noticed that I can no longer log in to Gladys Plus. I tried to reconnect, I was able to enter the authentication once, and now the interface tells me « email or password incorrect », yet those are the correct credentials.
Since you’re doing an update, could that be it?
My local Gladys is working correctly.

Hello,
Oh no, last night I realized that the turn-on scene for a nightlight wasn’t working.
This morning I tried to connect without success. The last time I had this problem, the scenes remained functional but this time, nothing — neither the lights nor the heating.
The worst part is that I praised Gladys during dinner with friends I hosted for the night. You can imagine their comment this morning :blush:
