I forgot my recovery key for my backup.
And there is no button to create a new instance, or I don’t know how to do it…
There is nothing important in the other instance it was just for testing…
What can I do?

In this case, you just need to create your new instance as if you were a « normal » Gladys user (without Gladys Plus, local account)
And then you will connect your Gladys Plus account from the settings
