Trouble pairing a LiXee with my Linky meter

Thanks @Rousber, indeed I see that the three-phase version of the device is a bit different from the single-phase version, and especially that your module is not a Zlinky :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
Could you please share screenshots of the Expositions tab with us?

Hello mutmut, the dongle is a Zlinky ordered directly from the Lixee store, the reference is V2 with antenna.

Attached are the screenshots. Sorry for the number, but it’s a laptop screen (small).

Have a nice day, Bernard

Hello,

Thank you for the screenshots.

The SPM02V3 model is partially supported by Gladys via Zigbee2mqtt. Today, Gladys retrieves the total power and energy consumed, as well as the power, current, and energy of phases A and B.

However, phase C, voltages, produced energy (injection), power factor, and frequency are not yet reported. For a three-phase meter, this is therefore incomplete. A small evolution of the Zigbee2mqtt integration will be needed to recognize these measurements.

I’m looking into it, but we will have to wait for the next version of Gladys.

Hello, and thank you for your response, which gives me a little REASSURANCE. I will still see if they can take back my dongle at LIXEE. Are we sure it’s a problem with Gladys via Zigbee2mqtt? I will still try with another home automation program, but also try with another Linky, at a friend’s place, with Tuya Smart. When will this new version of Gladys be available??? The goal of my installation is to buy an electric car with charging at home. I need to analyze the three phases to see which phase is available with sufficient intensity, and possibly implement smart load shedding, allowing power to the charging station, and perhaps directing an available phase, depending on the consumption of the other phases… Is that clear??? If this super project interests you, we can discuss it together.

Thank you again and keep me informed!!! « if you can say so ». Best regards, Bernard

Well, maybe I’m not awake, but a Zlinky V2 with antenna is that and it plugs into a Linky meter (the nice green/yellow box):

And in your screenshots, it’s a SPM02V3 and with it you have 3 (or 4) tores to put around your phases in your electrical panel, not the Linky:

Is something wrong or am I going crazy?

If you have the Zlinky properly plugged into your Linky meter, then the module detection didn’t go well because you shouldn’t have the SPM02V3 in your zigbee2mqtt.

To join @cicoub13, it seems there are some shortcomings on the Gladys side.
On the Z2M github, I found a data reporting issue, not quite on the same module reference:

Hi again, Mutmut. I do have the model you posted a picture of, with the external antenna. I re-paired it a second time (pressed the button and the LED flashed quickly), and I ended up with the same result. I don’t know if this is due to the dongle (bad flashing) or Gladys. By the way, when I bought the Lixee, I had paired it with Tuya Smart, and the result was also weird. Maybe someone could try my Lixee on their setup.

I also changed the drivers (see screenshot), but as far as I know, Gladys needs to be reset for this to take effect, which would mean redoing all my pairings.

Next, if part of Gladys needs to be rewritten via Zigbee2mqtt, I think we need to take into account the « historical » and « standard » modes (different formats and speeds). Here is a link to the settings for the 2 modes, single-phase and three-phase.

That’s it, I don’t know what else to do, I’m exhausted from these last few days of trials without results (sleepless nights).

Bernard

Thanks Bernard, and your tip:

I would be tempted to say that this zlinky might have an issue :face_with_raised_eyebrow: If you still have the possibility to return it or put it under warranty explaining that the detection is not good at all.

On the other hand, don’t change the driver on the Gladys side because if the rest works, it’s the right one.

And otherwise, it’s not Gladys that manages the standard and historical modes, it’s zigbee2mqtt (or Tuya). Gladys only retrieves the data, so if they are incorrect from the start, they will be in Gladys.

Thanks, Stéphane (I think), for all this information. Is there a way to access the Lixee directly to see which firmware is installed? On mine, you can see (in « Open in Zigbee2mqtt » that it would have been flashed « 20250923 », with the ID « 6000-1017 ». Could someone send me a screenshot (equivalent to the one attached here) of the correct Lixee sensor, so that I can see the reference and support my claim with the seller, which is « LIXEE SAS », for an exchange or return!!!

Thanks again to everyone who responded. Best regards, Bernard

You’re welcome

I think @cicoub13 should be able to help you with his screenshots.

Here is a screenshot of mine

This is the first time I’ve seen a Zigbee device appear under another name/model :open_mouth:

I see two possibilities:

  1. Physically check what is installed. The ZLinky is a small white box plugged directly into the TIC terminals (I1/I2) of the Linky, without any clamp. If there is a module with clamps on your phases, it is the one that has paired instead of the ZLinky. Also check in the list of Zigbee2mqtt devices if there isn’t a second ZLinky_TIC device.
  2. If it is indeed the LiXee box plugged into the Linky that is announcing itself as TS0601 / SPM02V3, this is not normal. Send LiXee your screenshot of the « About » page: model TS0601, _TZE284_dikb3dp6, firmware 6000-1017 / 20250923. It is sufficient to prove that the module does not identify itself as a ZLinky.

Good news for your electric car charging project: an SPM02V3 better suits your needs than a ZLinky in historical mode. It measures the actual power of each phase, whereas the ZLinky in historical mode only gives the current per phase and the total apparent power. As I told you, Gladys does not yet retrieve everything this module offers (phase C, voltages…), it’s under development.

Hi Cyril, and many thanks for the capture. I am in email contact with Lixee’s customer service, but so far I have not received a response, I will wait.

I don’t have any other sensors on my power lines, so it’s not that. I think rather of a flashing problem on their side. If I encounter a problem, can I use your capture showing the model you have?

Yes, Stéphane told me that there should be an MQTT update to take into account all phases.

It’s been several weeks that I’ve been « fiddling » to get my consumption readings, as it’s impossible for the moment to get them in my « customer accounts » both EDF and Enedis, the reason given is that I requested a quote to switch to a higher power, as well as a quote to switch to single-phase, and you have to wait for the technician to come and do the quote!!! AH the administration, even in big companies.

Then, yesterday, I reinstalled my little Arduino, before making my request to switch to « historical » and for the TIC reading to be operational, and to find out that my SD card, writing the data from last night, was fried. I will make this request later.

When you don’t have any « luck ».

I thought about the solution of installing sensors in three copies on the wires of the three phases, but I wanted more precision, and to recover the J/N switching. I should have stuck with my first idea.

LIXEE just answered me saying that it’s because I paired the TIC with TUYA before. By stopping my TUYA gateway. Which I don’t think, but I will try again this afternoon

Thanks, to be continued, and excuse my long explanation, because I wanted to keep you informed, and as the dialogue is nice…

Best regards,

Bernard

Yes

Enedis came to my place 3 times (over 6 months) to fix a non-communicating Linky

OK, interesting lead

No problem, this story keeps us on the edge of our seats

Thanks for the permission, and the continuation of the adventures at the end of the day. The support team insists that the cause is TUYA Smart. Maybe they are right. We will have to re-pair. But how do we completely remove Lixee from Gladys.

Bernard, and sorry to give you work…

Bernard

Hello, guys. So, I reinstalled the Lixee by pressing the reset button after cutting the power to TUYA Smart. Before that, I removed the old Lixee from GLADYS by going to « Integration », deleted the Lixee sensor, I think completely, and restarted the Raspberry. Surprise…he he, same result. What surprises me is that after the pairing was done, which I think was quick, I found the name I had given to this sensor (LINKY-0x00158d0006206a00), more practical to recognize… I think it wasn’t deleted. And in « Expositions » still the same thing, missing values… So what do we do now, because patience has its limits..

Best regards, Bernard

The fact that it keeps the name means that something from the old config remains.
It’s good but not ideal.

And for a complete reset of a device in zigbee2mqtt, I’m afraid I don’t know

You need to go into the Zigbee2Mqtt interface and delete it as well (I don’t know if you did that).

I had deleted it on the next screen, I don’t know if it’s the same… Come on, a bit of courage, and I’ll start again…

I also remove « Zigbee Devices » in « Zigbee2MQTT » and in the « Dashboard ».

I’m even going to reboot the Raspberry.

And him, to finish the day… well, guys, it’s always the same. I’ll send the thing back, get a refund, think about it, and we’ll see. Sleep on it.

I’m signing off for a few days, and you’ll let me know when the MQTT update for the three-phase system is live.

Best regards to EVERYONE and a big thank you,

Bernard

Being a bit stubborn, tomorrow I will try it on a single-phase meter, but not with Gladys. We’ll see.

Good evening, Bernard
