On August 6 at 17:45, the archived value of the variable (Active Energy Drawn from Supplier (EASF02)) was equal to 0
This skews the energy tracking calculation, and I end up with a daily consumption of 31,073 kWh.
How can I fix this issue?

Interesting, you must have had an inconsistent value recorded, which completely skews your calculation.
I think it would be interesting to be able to correct an outlier or delete it.
