Configure Enedis integration?

Hello everyone,

I am gradually setting up Gladys.

I can’t get the Enedis consumption and production data back despite validation on their site,

I must be doing something wrong, but what?

Can someone help me?

Thanks in advance.

Pat

Hi @Pat

Did you follow this tutorial?

Hi Pierre-Gilles,

Yes, I followed it to the letter and even canceled and redid it a second time.

I received a confirmation email from Enedis regarding the data sharing.

However, do I also share my data with Hello Watt and Ecojoko? Is there a maximum number of shares? I don’t know.

Or maybe I misunderstood, do I absolutely need Lixee? I won’t be able to set it up because I want to keep Ecojoko already connected to the Linky.

Hi @Pat,

The issue isn’t on your end, but rather with Enedis.

I see the error ADAM-DC-0007 (“The customer is not the holder of the requested point”) in the Gladys Plus synchronization logs.

Unfortunately, you’re not the first to encounter this problem. I’ve already contacted Enedis multiple times this summer for other users.

From my research, the issue is more widespread: all home automation projects relying on Enedis consent appear to be affected. Since this summer, this mechanism hasn’t been working correctly.

I’ll keep you updated as soon as I have news, but unfortunately, we should expect the resolution to take time with Enedis.

In the meantime, ZLinky is often an excellent alternative: at least, you no longer depend on a third-party service to retrieve your data. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

By the way, I don’t know if Ecojoko offers an API, but if it does, it could make a very good external integration for Gladys!

Oh okay, thanks for the info. I’ll wait to hear from you about ENEDIS.

Regarding Ecojoko, how can I find out if there’s an API?

Have a good evening,

Pat

For info, on my side, the Enedis meter readings have been correct since April 2025 and I haven’t had any issues this summer.

Apparently there is no official API, but there are projects that have found the internal API and it seems possible to develop an external integration  Don’t hesitate to create a topic or even try to develop an integration yourself thanks to Claude :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Yes, that’s normal, you gave your consent before the problems this summer.
