Problem connecting to Enedis

Hello,
This is my first integration with Enedis (I’m new to Gladys). I followed the tutorial closely, I synchronized Gladys successfully (twice, because apparently according to Pierre-Gilles it didn’t work the first time).
Despite this second attempt and receiving the second email from Enedis accepting the sharing, I still haven’t received any data.
Thank you in advance for your advice
Daniel

Hi @Janssens, on my side it’s still the same: I get an error saying the consent is not valid.

Can you show me what you do when you connect Enedis to Gladys? (remember to mask your personal information)

When did you activate the Enedis data retention service?

On the EDF side, do you see your historical consumption graphs correctly?

Hello Pierre-Gilles,
Sorry to bother you with my problems.
You will find, step by step, the procedure I followed.
I activated the Enedis retention service for the first time this Sunday the 26th at around 8:00 PM, then on Monday the 27th at around 7:00 PM and finally today a little before 6:00 PM.
For these 3 requests, I received an email from Enedis within minutes (see last photo)
As of today, I have not received any consumption information (see the widget)

Here is a copy of the reply email from Enedis

And on the Enedis side (your EDF portal), can you see your consumption properly?

You chose the wrong box on the dashboard.
It’s not the device you should choose but the graph

Here’s the excerpt from the documentation

And on the Enedis website, do you see your consumption readings?
There may also be a sync issue. But right now the service is working fine.

Many thanks for your reply. I can see my consumption on the Enedis website. I just modified (graph instead of device) the TDB box.
I’ll wait until tomorrow to see the info.
Clearly, I

My pleasure.
Don’t hesitate if you have any other questions

Hi @Janssens !

Can you show me a screenshot of your electricity consumption on the EDF website? (masking your information)

On the Gladys Plus side, I still have the same message for your account: « No consent can be found for this customer and this usage point. »

Sorry but you’ll have to redo the consent by clicking the Enedis button in Gladys Plus…

Is there anything special in your account that could explain this?

If it still doesn’t work after that, we can call each other if you want so you can show me via screen sharing what you’re doing

It’s also entirely possible that neither you nor I are responsible; the Enedis API is very capricious and works when it wants ^^ We’ve had unavailability of certain API routes for weeks without explanations from them…

Thank you Pierre-Gilles for your advice.
You will find attached the chart of my data on the Enedis website. The only explanation for my issue, which seems personal to me, is:
I am Belgian (nobody’s perfect  ) and I am preparing Gladys, my installation, for my second residence in France → Currently Gladys is located in Belgium, is it possible that Enedis blocks the info destined for another country?
Aside from this explanation, I don’t see any other « objective » reasons for my problem.

@Janssens The problem isn’t coming from you but from Enedis unfortunately, it’s a bug that appeared on March 5 ( Problème avec l'intégration Enedis - #17 par pierre-gilles ), which was fixed on April 22 ( Problème avec l'intégration Enedis - #21 par pierre-gilles ), and has just come back.

I’ve forwarded the information to Enedis, I’ll keep you posted.

I’ll see if I can make some adjustments on my side so we can do without this API route which is clearly not stable unfortunately…

A thousand thanks, Pierre-Gilles, for your quick response. For my part, very selfishly, I’m not in a hurry. Do whatever you think is best.

Have a great rest of the day

@Janssens Enedis has just confirmed to me that the problem is on their side:

I’ve sent all the necessary information so they can debug.

I’ll keep you posted

A big thank you. Have a great day
Daniel

I was getting fed up with the Enedis API route that only works half the time, so I modified the Gladys Plus code to work around it when it fails, and it works!

@Janssens I tested with your account, it fixes the issue! You should see all your electricity consumption data in Gladys; if that’s not the case you can click this button in the Gladys Plus interface to pull everything in.

Good evening Pierre-Gilles,
A huge thank you for your work and your tenacity. I think it’s working. Here is the synchronization in progress

Great, that’s nice to read

Thanks for your patience, and don’t hesitate if you have any other issues!

To confirm my previous post.
Glad to hear it.

@Janssens I suggest you switch to histogram mode, it’s more visual for electricity

Thank you for this information. Have a good evening.
