Problem with Enedis integration

Hello,

I’m having issues with the Enedis integration since I moved (and therefore a new Linky meter to map to the integration).

I’ve tried reconnecting several times via the integration page but still no graph available on the dashboard :

Thank you for your help

In « my meters » do you see your new meter?

yes, I have saved it:

Ok, strange. I’ll need to take a closer look then

@qleg I understood what was happening: your Gladys Plus account still had the old « usage_point » in memory, and so it was trying to sync it unsuccessfully which blocked the sync. I deleted it, and it works fine for the new one

Can you go back to « My meters » and click the « Synchronize with Gladys Plus » button?

I think I have the same problem (meter change last summer)

Perfect, it works!

Thanks

@cicoub13 I deleted the oldest meter, likewise can you do a manual sync in the « My meters » tab → « Synchronize with Gladys Plus »?

Thanks, everything is back to normal (for info, I’m with Ilek, I created an Enedis account and my Linky consumption data is correctly showing up in Gladys) :tada:

I confirm that everything is working fine.

Good evening,
Since March 5, I haven’t had any Enedis updates. I’ve tried resynchronizing

Exactly the same for me

Same here too

Thank you for your feedback; I will investigate and get back to you!

Thanks @pierre-gilles

Normally I’d watch it tomorrow, I need to find 2 minutes between two shoots/edits

Hi everyone

Thanks for reporting this issue, I’ve investigated.

This is indeed a problem affecting all users; it’s nothing specific to your accounts.

For a reason I don’t know, one of the API calls I use has not been working since March 5.

I’ve contacted Enedis to find out whether there has been an API change (normally not according to their documentation), or if it’s just a bug on their side.

I’ll keep you updated on their response

Their API is really unreliable.

I received a response from Enedis asking for more information.

I’ll keep you informed as soon as I have any news.
