Enedis data not showing up

Hello.

I activated data sharing with Enedis (see photo 3) and I received a confirmation email from them 2 days ago, but the data are not coming through (see photo 2) even though synchronization is taking place (see photo 1).

I have the same thing. I believe it’s addressed in another post.

However, if you click on « Consumption (kWh) Â» you should get the graph for the last few days, right?

Hi @micmac,

Two small things to check:

:one: Enedis data

Enedis only returns data once per day, and it’s only possible to retrieve data from the previous day up to the most recent.

So, the “Last hour” view in the charts won’t show you anything with Enedis. You need to switch to a longer period, for example “Last month”.

:two: “Energy Monitoring” integration

For the charts to work correctly, the “Energy Monitoring” integration must also be configured.

I recommend checking that you’ve followed this tutorial:

Pour l’intégration “Suivi de l’énergie”, je l’avais déjà configuré mais je vais recommencer car je l’avais peut-être fait à la va-vite !

En ce qui concerne les données Enedis, je les obtiens effectivement en passant par exemple à « Derniers 7 jours » dans le menu déroulant. D’ailleurs, j’ai une une question : quand je crée le graphique Enedis, ce menu déroulant est systématiquement mis sur « Dernière heure » : y a-t-il moyen qu’il soit directement placé sur « Derniers 7 jours » ou « Derniers 30 jours » ?

J’ai bien suivi le tutoriel pour l’intégration “Suivi de l’énergie”, mais ça n’a rien changé :slightly_frowning_face:.

Une remarque : j’ai un contrat EDF Heures pleines / Heures creuses, avec 1h06 - 7h36 & 12h36 - 14h06 comme créneaux pour les heures creuses : dans Gladys, je n’ai pu mettre que 1h - 7h30 & 12h30 - 14h.
