Support for Aqara W100 Thermostat buttons via Zigbee2MQTT
Aqara recently released a new connected thermostat, the Aqara W100, compatible with Zigbee, Thread, and Matter.
@bjm is testing it and gave me feedback about buttons that were not yet supported by Gladys, which I added in this release
Better context for ChatGPT AI requests
When you use the AI integration in Gladys, requests sent to ChatGPT now include better context from previous exchanges, which significantly improves the relevance of responses.
Matter: even more reliability
- Matter controller backup: The Matter controller is now backed up once per day in the Gladys database, and is thus backed up on Gladys Plus. In case of restoration on another instance, your Matter devices will remain managed
- Display of the serial number and the unique ID of your Matter devices in the interface.
- Fix for the conversion of the illuminance measurement
Cameras: increased timeout for more robustness
The timeout for retrieving an image from a camera has been increased to 20 seconds. This prevents errors in case of slowness on your network.
Scenes improvements
- The action “Get last state” now handles text-type features. Thanks @Terdious for the development!
- Fix for a bug when using variables in scenes when more than 9 actions were used before a variable injection.
- Improved variable path label in the “Condition on variable” action, for more clarity when creating your automations.
Bluetooth: update of the @abandonware/noble lib
Gladys now uses version 1.9.2-26 of the Bluetooth library noble, which fixes a compatibility issue with the current version of Node.js.
