Unable to reset Gladys' password

After completely reinstalling my Raspberry Pi, with a fresh Gladys image I started the restore from Gladys Plus. To reconnect, I have to change my password but I don’t receive the email with the password reset link.

I think you’re confusing Gladys Plus with your local Gladys account :slight_smile:

You reset the password for your local instance, not for your Gladys Plus account.

It’s the Serialport palette that’s causing the problem, so indeed you have fewer steps to perform to reinstall Node-RED
