External integration - Anker SOLIX

Hi everyone!

Balcony solar power has exploded in the last two years, and the Anker Solarbank is one of the stars. After Zendure and EcoFlow, here comes Anker SOLIX in Gladys.

What it does

  • Solarbank (E1600, 2 Pro / Plus / AC, 3): battery level, stored energy, charging and discharging power, total and per input solar production, power sent to the house.
  • Meter (Anker Smart Meter, Shelly 3EM / Pro 3EM): grid draw and injection.
  • Anker outlets: power consumed. MI80 microinverter.
  • One “system” device per site: usage mode, home consumption, total and daily production, ready for Gladys 5.2 energy tracking.
  • Two triggers: “Mode changed outside of Gladys” and “Device offline / back online”. For “battery full” or “below a threshold”, the trigger on a Gladys device’s state already does it, with threshold.
  • A sun → battery → home / grid widget.
  • Optional (disabled by default): change the mode and output power from Gladys, for Solarbank 2 and 3.
  • In French, English, German, and Spanish.

The cool part

Grid injection above 500 W for 10 minutes → start the washing machine
Battery at 100 % → notification
6 p.m. → 300 W output for the evening, 11 p.m. → 100 W for the night

Installation

:warning: Gladys 5.2 minimum.

It will arrive in the store at the next indexer run. In the meantime: Integrations → Install from GitHub, with GitHub - guim31/gladys-anker-solix: Anker SOLIX Solarbank, smart meters and plugs for Gladys Assistant · GitHub

  1. The Anker cloud only accepts one session per account: the easiest is to create a second Anker account and share your system from the app. This account only reads; to adjust the power from Gladys, you need the owner account.
  2. Enter the email, password, and country of the account, then Test the connection.
  3. Discovery tab: add your devices.

Honest small reservations

  • Cloud only, with 1 to 5 minutes of delay depending on the values.
  • Portable stations, the Power Panel, and the X1 are not supported, and the outlets are read but not controlled.
  • Developed without hardware, based on real responses published by the anker-solix-api project. I checked that the real Anker cloud properly rejects a fake account (Anker’s connection is encrypted, that was the tricky part). Your feedback is welcome.

Like the previous ones, developed with Claude Code, and thanks to thomluther’s anker-solix-api project. Independent project, not affiliated with Anker Innovations.
