MELCloud integration: PaC not supported. Add it?

Hello @pierre-gilles.
My new Mitsubishi heat pump (PaC) has just been installed. Of course, I’m planning to control it with Gladys via the MEL Cloud integration
The heat pump is correctly connected to my MEL Cloud account, and the Gladys integration with MEL Cloud is properly set up. But Gladys tells me that this heat pump model (PUZ-WZ60VAA) is not supported.

I imagine that it’s necessary to add certain elements in the Gladys integration for it to be recognized… Is that possible? Do you need any elements that I should provide you?

Hi @StephaneB,

Thanks for your message and for the details provided :+1:

After checking, your model PUZ-WZ60VAA appears to be an Air-to-Water heat pump, whereas the current integration in Gladys only supports Air-to-Air models, which explains the behavior you’re seeing (see screenshot below).

I’m not the original developer of the MEL Cloud integration in Gladys — it was done by @Lokkye, who unfortunately hasn’t been active on the project for some time

@Lokkye I saw you logged into the forum recently; if you have a bit of time and would be willing to shed some light or lend a hand on this integration, that would be really great :folded_hands: Of course, no obligation.
