Thanks for testing Gladys!
To be completely transparent, the IKEA Matter range is brand new, not yet available everywhere, so you must be the first to test this in Gladys 
However, if Matter lives up to its promise, it should work in the Gladys Matter integration!!
Normally, you should have a sharing code from the IKEA app that lets you « share » your Matter devices into Gladys.
You need to enter this code in the « Add a device » tab:
Then your devices will appear in the « Devices » tab in a blue section « Paired devices not added to Gladys ».
You can add them to Gladys with one click.

If that’s the case, you’re experiencing the teething problems of the early IKEA Matter range…
Unable to add this Matter device to Gladys, are you sure this device is on the same network as Gladys? Is Gladys running with network=host?
For that, is everything OK on your side?
