Do you know if these switches can work with Gladys? If it’s already supported? Otherwise, I’ll look into implementing them. Do we need a hub to connect to it, or can we connect directly to this device?

As a prerequisite, you need to have flashed the firmware. Here is the list of services supported by the famous firmware: Tasmota/README.md at development · arendst/Tasmota · GitHub
I have the impression that your switch is part of it.
