Is your case unique or does it concern other Alsatians?
If it concerns other Alsatians, I’d appreciate it if you added the rates to the repo GladysAssistant/energy-contracts, this will allow adding the prices of Alsatian contracts once and for all and make them available to the whole community 
To give you an example, @prohand made a PR recently for « Gaz de Bordeaux »:

That will work correctly but it will be less plug-and-play than for a Lixee TIC Zigbee, because you’ll need to create the features manually in the MQTT integration (nothing too complicated)
