[Matter] Add NOUS A8M plug

Hello @pierre-gilles,

Today I tried to add my first Matter device but unfortunately it didn’t work.
The device is a simple ON/OFF smart plug and I was able to add it to the official NOUS app on my phone.

In Gladys, the plug was recognized but there is no associated device in the list.

I thought ON/OFF plugs had already been integrated. If needed I can provide the JSON.

Thanks for the JSON! Normally, that should be handled — the On/Off is perfectly standard.

I notice you have \"is_connected\": false, at the start — is the plug accessible?

Are there any errors in the logs? (Both frontend and server?)

I’ll try to unplug it and see if I can reproduce it to give you more info
