I don’t want to lose the history, it’s very interesting to keep all the discussions, the feedback, the demos, etc

This is clearly a bug in the plugin we are using (discourse-voting), we need to contact them :slight_smile:

Hello, any updates on this? I tried another approach:

  • I put all topics back into the « feature request Â» category
  • I re-closed the topics

This time I got a lot of notifications:

Did this fix the problem?

In my opinion, two possibilities:

  • Either closing a topic only works if an admin closes the topic (I don’t know)
  • Or there was a bug in the module we used in the past, and the bug is resolved now :slight_smile:

@AlexTrovato do you have any new votes?

Next, I will give votes to everyone anyway, since the number of feature requests has increased, we need to increase the vote ratio per request :slight_smile:

Otherwise, to talk about the number of votes, we now have around 100 feature requests, so the current values no longer make sense.

I will increase the number of votes per user to:

User level 0: 5 votes (max, they can vote for 5% of features)
User level 1: 15 votes (15%)
User level 2: 20 votes (20%)
User level 3: 20 votes (20%)
User level 4: 20 votes (20%)

I chose to cap at 20%, because for me it makes no difference between level 2 and 4, giving more votes wouldn’t make sense (if you can vote for everything, it doesn’t make sense to vote)
