Hello everyone!

I’m very happy to launch today a limited offer on Gladys Plus :rocket:

For a limited number of users, Gladys Plus will be at -50% for 1 year, i.e. 4.99€ / month, in a single payment (not monthly payment), and of course without commitment.

The idea behind this offer is to accelerate the adoption of Gladys Plus.

There are currently 36 users on Gladys Plus (Source), and I would like to quickly reach 100-150 users. The more users there are, the more feedback I will have on this offer and I will be able to expand it.

Why halve the price? It’s the best way to give this offer a boost :slight_smile:

In 1 year, we can all sit down together and re-discuss the price: does the price of 9.99€ per month still make sense, or should it be lowered? Should we create other « tiers Â»? (backup only, etc.). We have time to rethink the offer :slight_smile:

No worries :slight_smile: We need to work on this, since it also affects your local performance (adding a function to « clean Â» unused states / button to disable state recording for some overly verbose Zigbee devices)

Personally, I couldn’t do without the advantages of Gladys Plus anymore.

  • The remote view to manage my home automation even outside the home (camera, security monitoring, closing shutters ..). No more Let’s Encrypt certificate renewal.
  • The backup to restore immediately in a few seconds
    I haven’t tested the API access yet but it perfectly meets my wish to lock and secure access from outside my home automation in the simplest way.
    For a price equivalent to a very small phone plan, I recommend it ..

I agree with you @tiboys.
Now that everything is working again, I can check if everything is fine in one click.
I save after each major change in my config as soon as everything is okay to make sure I don’t lose anything.
I have about 20 Zigbee devices and I’m still waiting for more to finish my config.
And almost as many scenes.

Yes, take advantage of it, it’s robust (never had any issues) and as a PWA on all my devices.

Often on the move, I leave with peace of mind as there’s nothing to manage on my side.

I didn’t think that paying users would try to buy this pack following the emails I sent this morning. In fact, if you already have an account, it created a second account for you (for Stripe, all payments are independent).

I will manually reconcile this. I will cancel your old subscription, then attach the new subscription to your current Gladys Plus account.

I realize it’s not cool for you because you just lost 50€ since I wasn’t planning to cancel the old one if you hadn’t offered this monthly subscription.

For my part, I started by subscribing even though I didn’t need to, but more as a support for the project that I find fabulous.
And since then, using Owntracks (well, NextTracks now because of Android updates ^^) and using it from outside with Gladys as a PWA installed on all my devices as well, it’s really awesome :fire: . I connected it to my Google Home and as soon as I add a controllable Zigbee device, it works perfectly, there’s 0 latency. So there’s no denying it, you have to go for it to use Gladys Plus!!!
