Devices no longer work under Docker

Hello, I have a Raspberry installation with Docker.
Since I unplugged all the USB ports, my Sonoff fingernail is recognized, I have the information feedback via zigbee to mqtt but the software switches that allow me to control the outlets no longer work.
They switch in the software but do not change the state of my outlets.
I don’t really want to uninstall everything to start over lol

Has anyone had this issue? And incidentally, a solution?

Good evening @gsr_oyo

  1. Is the Sonoff key plugged back into the same port and still has the same name as before in the Zigbee2qtt settings? Example: « /dev/USB0 - Itead-10c4 » (or USB1)?

  2. Does your Zigbee2qtt configuration look like this?

  3. When you type in Google the address (http:// Gladys IP:8080/#/dashboard), do you access the Zigbee2MQTT dashboard, can you manipulate your switches? And do they work?

Hello.
I fixed the issue by removing the USB extension I had connected to the dongle.
No more problems.
Now, just need to figure out how to configure the LORATAP 3-button remote to turn all outlets on and off.

Good evening,
it might be because it’s an extension for a charging cable, there might not be data wires in your cable.
I have a one-meter extension on my dongle and everything is fine
all the better if it works
good evening
