Hello everyone!

Goldo, 49 years old, married, 3 kids :sweat_smile:

After spending about ten years on Jeedom, I stopped my home automation because Jeedom updates were always complicated.

I decided to get back into it and went with HA, which I only knew by name. Well, after a week, I decided to look for another solution and came across Gladys.

Gladys seemed appealing as it was described as « more accessible Â».

And so, I switched to Gladys.

My first impression is rather good. I immediately noticed the low number of integrations compared to Jeedom and HA. But since I tinker with C#, a bit of VB.NET, and some self-taught Python, I think there’s a lot to do!

Gladys is installed on my Freebox Delta in a VM.

Unfortunately, I have quite a few Enocean Evology modules (LEROY MERLIN brand, which are actually NODON).

Now I need to integrate my Enocean modules and my LEGRAND ecocompteur, which is currently blocking me a bit because I don’t master Gladys enough yet.

Any advice perhaps?

I don’t know if you use AI, but you can create a Gladys integration in a few minutes without writing a single line of code :wink:

Yes I use Claude code. That’s also part of the reason I ended up with Gladys Assistant.
