1 - Is there a way to reset (or modify the value of) the recorded energy consumption of this plug (expose « energie ») ?
There is indeed an expose power_outage_memory feature that takes 3 parameters: « ON » - « OFF » - or « RESTORE » but it seems to have no effect on this function.

I also have this type of plug but I haven’t found a way to reset the data directly in the settings
However the parameter you tried « power_outage_memory » allows restoring or not the state of the plug after a power outage.
In zigbee2mqtt, it is possible from the Dev console to execute a command to reset the plug’s consumption.

I did a test and it works, you just need to enter the specified data and execute it and the consumption goes back to zero!
