Ewelink device scanning issue

Hello,
I have set up my Ewelink account (login and password are correct) but when I scan the devices I get a message saying:
« Gladys failed to connect to the eWeLink cloud account, more information on the [eWeLink configuration page.] »
Why?

Do you have a password with special characters that could be interpreted as a command?

It seems to me that the Ewelink Cloud API is quite unstable, so it might be worth trying again several times I think… Or maybe I’m wrong, but it seems to me that’s what @VonOx was saying

Oh, but they must have scaled up a bit because I have fewer issues now. It used to take 10 seconds to turn a light on and off.
