I can’t find a Zigbee2mqtt disable button → but regarding the service, I’m going in circles:
Zigbee2Mqtt is in error
If I click the arrow, I end up on the configuration page. I can reinstall it or modify it, I always get the same message.
The Enable or disable service slider is not accessible.
Maybe with your SSH access you could stop the MQTT container:
docker stop gladys-z2m-mqtt
Once it’s stopped you can go to the services page and restart the integration. Let us know if that changes anything 
PS : yes you’re right, it’s indeed the \u003c/\u003e button you should use!

A quick follow-up question to avoid making things worse. If I want to remove the Zigbee containers, I should enter the following commands:
docker stop gladys-z2m-zigbee2mqtt
docker stop gladys-z2m-mqtt
docker rm gladys-z2m-zigbee2mqtt
docker rm gladys-z2m-mqtt
