I don’t know how to do it.

What do the logs say:

A Sonoff key.

I specify that everything was working very well. I think it’s since the last update 4.8.3.

Hello, one of the latest versions of the zigbee2mqtt library we are using has introduced an issue for Raspberry Pi users.
