Experience feedback and zigbee2mqtt bug

I just took out my Sonoff opening sensors ordered a long time ago on Domadoo.

I was able to set them up in Gladys.
I made a dashboard for opening sensors (thanks @lmilcent for the tip) but in my room there are also Hue bulbs and I have an on/off button that appears. And yet I didn’t add the Hue.
In rooms without Hue bulbs, no problem.

{"status":500,"code":"SERVER_ERROR","error":{"errno":-5,"code":"EIO","syscall":"read","expose":false,"statusCode":500,"status":500}}

There is an issue with the switch

For your second problem, try to manually restart the container:

docker restart gladys-z2m-zigbee2mqtt

OK, I’ll try that.
Thanks for your feedback.

I tried the command in ssh but it’s the same.
I also restarted Gladys without success on the integration.

So we need logs to investigate

I was able to take a screenshot of the logs for the zigbee2mqtt integration

Everything is broken!

Basically, you need to do this:
https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/issues/11106
https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/issues/7907#issuecomment-872213779

I’ll do a step-by-step guide if you need it.

What happened to get to this point?
I’ll see if I can figure out something.

No luck my backup.json file is corrupted, preventing startup (zigbee2mqtt issue)

This happened to me once

What caused this? A wrong manipulation?

If I understood correctly, I need to delete the JSON file.

But I don’t know the commands to restore it.

Can you help me?

@pierre-gilles do you have any idea what’s causing this error?

This is a zigbee2mqtt bug, nothing we can do on our side

Indeed, it’s a bug on the Zigbee2mqtt project side

Can you confirm the order before I break more?

docker rm gladys-z2m-zigbee2mqtt-backup.json

sudo rm /var/lib/gladysassistant/zigbee2mqtt/z2m/coordinator_backup.json

And you restart zigbee2mqtt

docker restart gladys-z2m-zigbee2mqtt

Well, that’s not conclusive.
The logs are identical. Even after the restart.
The only change I’ve seen is that there’s no more red cross in the integration.

OK but for now it’s not really Gladys who interests us.

Do you have the same error? Are you sure the delete command was executed?

I think so

Yes, the file is no longer found

that’s weird

Can you list the contents of the folder please?

ls /var/lib/gladysassistant/zigbee2mqtt/z2m
