Simple Link in the dHshboard

Hello, i cant find a possibility to add a simple Link to the dashboard.
How can i add it?

Would this be to add a static link (that never changes), or a dynamic link from an external source?

Without being nosy, what kind of site would this be for?

The idea isn’t to display different content throughout the day via a dynamic link, but simply to have a fixed link to a given page, right?

Yes, that’s exactly it. In one case, I link to the Tasmota page to have a quick link. Or the NAS frontend or something similar. I use the dashboard as the main page, so to speak.
