@JKBS64 @Pat
Hi you two, I’m also a complete beginner, but I did it like this:
- First, I created a dashboard for each category and assigned a separate background color to it for clarity.
These dashboards automatically create the title list displayed at the top. A click opens the dashboard.
You create a dashboard very easily. Click on the pencil with the paper in the top right corner, then a horizontal list of the existing dashboards will be displayed in the upper area, next to it a plus, a click and there is a new dashboard.
Here for example my start dashboard:
A standard dashboard has three columns (more on that in a moment), and you can then add to each column by clicking « Add » what is available. It will be displayed. For example, I have stored all the necessary immediate information, more or less without control. It is a pure information board, but as the start dashboard also immediately available.
Here are some more dashboards:
Here is my weather dashboard with finely granulated information, I am an allergy sufferer, so sufficient information about the weather, rain situation, pollen and air quality.
Almost at the end the statistics, another dashboard:
There I have simply from left to right the energy monitoring, what is drawn from the grid, what the PV produces, what is the total consumption and so on and so forth.
Now to the columns. By default, you are offered three columns. You can delete or add them within the respective column, but these columns also control the display on your much smaller smartphone.
There the order is:
First comes the selected dashboard, then all devices, widgets, etc. of the first column are displayed, below comes column 2 and at the very end column 3.
This gives you the opportunity to quickly access your information on a smartphone without much scrolling. That is, high priority rather in column 1, additional information, etc. rather in column 3.
Greetings
Tom
