Hi everyone!

As I told you yesterday, I’m resuming YouTube videos with a presentation video of 3 connected devices :light_bulb:

I hope you’ll like it

Hello, thank you very much for the video.

Just a quick question, when you use this kind of bulb, does that mean you can no longer use the main wall switch?

Indeed, it’s better not to use the wall switch anymore so that the bulbs remain powered!

There are people on the internet who put covers over their traditional switches (and put the smart switch on top of them)

Another option: use flush-mounted smart switches like the Xiaomi H1 to completely replace your traditional switches, which allows controlling the action (physical or virtual) on the bulb:

I’d like to take this opportunity to remind you, if you like the video please give it a like and leave a comment under the video, the YouTube algorithm is really influenced by these two factors and it gives the project a real boost

In any case, for my part, I find this video awesome in that you show a concrete example with hardware
Whether in terms of usage or configuration on Gladys.

It’s a good tutorial example.

Thanks again and well done for the content you provide.

Thank you for the video. It’s very interesting to see practical cases like this.

I reproduced it with the Ikea motion sensor (no light sensor but that’s not an issue for me because it’s for a windowless room); it works perfectly!
