Thanks @tiboys :fire:

Hello, I am the author of the post and yes, my Tesla charges itself thanks to Gladys Assistant.

It is plugged in in front of my house, on my charging station, and the home automation manages everything when my panels produce more than my self-consumption (unless I tell it to maintain the charge). It starts charging, chooses the amperage needed, and stops if it no longer produces. The routine runs every 30 minutes, so it follows the solar curve quite well.

This is my production curve from Monday… I was away yesterday:

At Tesla, you can control the charging amperage remotely, but there are also configurable charging stations… that’s what I should have bought to also control the charging of my 500e!

I made a quick explanatory video on the Gladys Assistant channel (my voice is so natural :joy:).

I also set up a Dashboard to choose the charging method (manual with dimmer / auto), tire pressure alerts, remaining mileage, etc.

As soon as I figure out how to do it, I retrieve the locations of my appointments and Gladys will check in advance if I have enough charge :face_savoring_food:

If you’re interested, I can explain how I did it

I see that you’re using a Solaredge system (or so it seems). If that’s the case, have you ever had issues with home consumption data uploads? (I’ve lost all my consumption data, I only have my production data for several months now )

Very good observation

No, I have had all the data since the installation (end of 2024).

I have sometimes had interruptions in the data transmission, so I tried to reconnect the module to the Wi-Fi, but it came back on its own after one day.

Don’t you have the possibility to retrieve them online?
