Text change for the tag list — ambiguity

Hello,

I just spent 45 minutes searching for how to create a tag, digging through the forum, before realizing that you only have to type a tag into a scene to create it. I was looking for a « + » next to « Filter by tag ».

I therefore suggest replacing « Select… » with « Select… or type in a new one »

I think everyone will agree (after all, it’s in English instead of French). I’ll check tomorrow whether it’s easy to fix.
