I think I fixed the issue!
Concretely, what I do now is that if the WebSockets connection is lost, then comes back (during a network outage, or if the PWA is simply reopened after being put in the background), I refresh the widget.
I applied this behavior to all widgets.
I took the opportunity to improve the design of the « Appareils » (Devices) widget during loading:

I’m so happy to read that, I admit it annoyed me a bit to have to refresh every time, because otherwise I didn’t know whether I was up to date or not.
