Visible and connected device not reporting info

Hello,

I just set up an IKEA flood detector. Everything looks fine on the dashboards and the scene I created triggers normally when I click « start ». When I make the detector beep, the scene does not trigger. I also created a binary sensor for the state change but no graph appears.

I don’t understand the meaning of the info shown on a red background.

Maybe the device is too far from your Zigbee dongle? If you test near Gladys, does it work better?

I’ve tried reconciling and deleting several times, but it doesn’t change anything.

And in Zigbee2mqtt, is the information up to date or not? I imagine not.

Are you using the right device?
Because in your scene you use the device Détecteur_inondation_evier

But higher up the name of your device is Détecteur inondation s/s évier

Yes, it’s the right device. Well spotted @_Will_71 — I had in the meantime renamed it to remove the spaces and the /.
I’ve also just recreated a new scene after deleting the previous one.

In the end, I deleted everything in Z2Mqtt — the integration and the scene — to start over, and it works.
