Help understanding the scene

Hello everyone,
I have several identical scenes for managing my heating; see below 2 that turn the heating on (T° Eco or T° confort) and 2 that turn it off. The T° Eco or confort information comes from a fake device, which is itself managed by 2 scenes that change its state depending on days and times.
I’m asking for your help to understand why each time the scene runs I receive the end-of-scene message twice.

Thanks everyone

In your other scenes, are the messages different?

You can try checking the box to avoid running the scene each time the value is sent

@_Will_71 reading your answer I just understood, it was obvious but I didn’t see it — what an idiot :joy: I am!!

In my Comfort temperature turn-on scene I check the heating mode first, but not in the Eco temperature turn-on scene, so both run, QED.

Also, I didn’t tick the box on purpose because in some situations it didn’t trigger or stop the heating.

Anyway, thanks for your help.

In fact I’m even more stupid than that.
I changed my scenes and it’s still the same problem.
My messages are different depending on the scenes to clearly identify which one is running.
I’ll continue to investigate.

Can you put your other scenes here?

Here are:

Ok, I’ll take a look tonight and try to reproduce your scenes.

Out of habit, I’d have put all the « retrieve the last state » in the same block, and below the « continue only if » in the same block as well.

Hello,

Yes indeed, I had done something like that at the beginning but, not having the expected behavior, I preferred to separate them to be sure of the sequence.
But I could try again because my problems probably didn’t come from there.
However, I don’t

@Tlse-vins, @gaelbillon is right: putting all the « continue only if » in the same block won’t work because it’s an « and » he wants to do, and in the block you can only do "or"s.

@gaelbillon I reproduced your 4 scenes here with fake devices but I do get the expected behavior with the messages being sent only once.

@_Will_71 thank you for taking the time to test.
Is it possible to see in Gladys or Z2M logs what is happening?
Is it the thermostat that would send the value twice in a row?

Hello, I haven’t had time to deal with my issue, but since yesterday I’ve been receiving 4 messages

However, I didn’t do anything special, just went to check the zigbee2mqtt page on port 8080.
