I had the same problem this morning in the app: no hourly display and an error message.
I can access it now. (before I went through the step below)
I just checked my online account and hourly data collection had been disabled since January (automatic after 3 years). After reactivating it, I can see the graphs online as well.

How did you reactivate hourly data collection?
When I go to « Manage access to my data », I only have this:

One more note about the interface :
With a tablet, when you want to view the data for the columns on the left in the histogram, the tooltip appears truncated because its left side goes off the screen. (not verified on PC)

After that, you should normally no longer see a gap

For this bug, it comes from the library we use to display the charts. The bug only seems to occur with histograms. I canât find any fixes, even after updating the libraryâŠ
Weâll have to open an issue on the lib, but they seem pretty swamped on their repository.

I forgot to tell you, you need to wait until the next hour for the aggregation to run again for it to be up to date on the dashboard.

there was an Enedis outage yesterday, I think, and I believe the public holidays havenât been updated, so itâs normal if it comes afterwards.
Can you double-check there whether youâve properly retrieved the data?
