Gladys Assistant 4.20 & Redesign of the Gladys Assistant website 💅

Hi @Isage,
I had the same problem this morning in the app: no hourly display and an error message.
I can access it now. (before I went through the step below)
I just checked my online account and hourly data collection had been disabled since January (automatic after 3 years). After reactivating it, I can see the graphs online as well.

Thanks @gaetanb76 for the info.
How did you reactivate hourly data collection?
When I go to « Manage access to my data Â», I only have this:

I have this :

and a little further down, this :

You do have a Linky smart meter, right?

Linky meter: yes

One more note about the interface :
With a tablet, when you want to view the data for the columns on the left in the histogram, the tooltip appears truncated because its left side goes off the screen. (not verified on PC)

Do you have a screenshot?

Yes, here it is:

Actually, I don’t have any values either since April 18. Only the 17th.

Same. I have a gap on April 15 and 16, then it resumes on the 17th, and nothing since.

Thanks @gaetanb76

@gaetanb76 @Mastho Ok, I’ve noted the issue, I’ll let you know once I’ve had a chance to investigate  I have a very busy week this week so it might be next week

@lmilcent Bug fixed in Gladys Assistant v4.21.2

@gaetanb76 @Mastho

I’ve improved the synchronization process in Gladys Assistant v4.21.2 — could you (when you’re up to date, probably within 24h) click this button to perform a full sync?

After that, you should normally no longer see a gap  If it’s still a problem, get back to me!

This is fixed in Gladys v4.21.2!

For this bug, it comes from the library we use to display the charts. The bug only seems to occur with histograms. I can’t find any fixes, even after updating the library
 We’ll have to open an issue on the lib, but they seem pretty swamped on their repository.

I’ve created an issue so we don’t lose the bug, but I can’t guarantee anything in the short/medium term — it’s really out of my control: On Chart, when hovering a "Bar" chart, the tooltip can be outside of the window · Issue #1762 · GladysAssistant/Gladys · GitHub

Still the same

I did a 2nd synchronization but nothing else.

Perfect for the rest :ok_hand:t2:, thanks :star_struck:.

I add two remarks:

  • In the text of the My counters window, “les donnĂ©es soient disponibleS”
  • In the 7-day view, the dates are replaced by times

I forgot to tell you, you need to wait until the next hour for the aggregation to run again for it to be up to date on the dashboard.

Has it been OK since then?

Ok I’ll fix it.

It’s perfect

Fixed, as you said, with the data refresh. Great, thanks!

Great if it works!

Let me know if it ever stops being the case so I can investigate

Great job! All the data came through after starting the synchronization

Hi @pierre-gilles,

I have another gap on April 29 and 30 in the Linky data upload, and it resumes on May 1.

Hi @Mastho  there was an Enedis outage yesterday, I think, and I believe the public holidays haven’t been updated, so it’s normal if it comes afterwards.

Can you double-check there whether you’ve properly retrieved the data?

For now, no. I’ll check again tomorrow!
Too bad the APIs don’t work on public holidays

Are you on the latest Gladys Assistant version? (v4.22.0)

Which graph are you looking at (last hour/24h/etc..)?
