FYI, when I log into the EDF app it says thereâs an issue with the daily data. Granted EDF isnât Enedis but EDF uses Enedis, so there may be a problem on Enedisâs side.
Indeed @mikael
I suggest you contact Enedis
Uh, itâs a problem between EDF and ENEDIS and EDF technicians are working on it. Iâm an EDF customer. It was just to illustrate that Gladys isnât the only one having problems with information reporting from ENEDIS.
Indeed, I donât have a Linky yet, and yesterday I called Enedis to give them my meter reading and EDF to adjust our monthly payments, and EDF told me that they hadnât received any updates from Enedis for a long time.
Hello everyone,
And first of all, well done and thank you for all these new features!!! ![]()
Quick question! Are Enedis data feeds supposed to work with Linky production meters for solar panels?
At our house currently rented in metropolitan France, I have solar panels; I set them up on my Enedis and Gladys Plus accounts 15 days ago, but nothing has come throughâŠ
Thanks @Herve ![]()
No, itâs not developed; if thereâs demand for electricity
The complete installation includes a total of 3 Linky meters.
1 for grid consumption (tenantâs subscription)
2 for the solar panels: 1 for production and 1 for consumption.
When you gave consent to Enedis, did you authorize the 3 meters / only 1 meter? On the Gladys Plus side I only see one meter!
Donât hesitate to redo the consent process (click the blue Enedis button in Gladys), itâs not a problem to do it several times
For my part, it took well over 15 days â even 3 weeks â to see anything appear on Gladys.
I only gave consent for the solar panelsâ production meter.
For grid consumption, the subscription is in the tenantsâ name.
And for solar consumption, actually itâs a non-consumption, it should remain at 0, so thereâs no point⊠![]()
Ok I see, in that case itâs normal that you donât see anything, for now itâs not supported ![]()
Hello @pierre-gilles,
Everything is ok for the retrieval of data from Enedis at 7 days, 30 daysâŠ
Thanks for your help and your quick response.
