Gladys Assistant 5.0.1 has just been released! This is a bugfix version, published right after 5.0.0: no major new features, mostly fixes for the small issues you reported today on the forum and on GitHub. Thanks for all your feedback 
Interface & dashboard
- The Horizon theme is now painted on a fixed layer: no more dashboard scrolling slowdowns.
- Dashboard cards no longer open a horizontal scrollbar.
- Scene names that are too long now wrap correctly in the « Scenes » widget.
- Weather icons, too small and washed out in light theme, are fixed.
- Missing arrows are back on all dropdown lists, and sort selectors are finally readable as proper controls.
- A dropdown menu no longer closes itself right after opening.
- The setpoint selector (heating) no longer truncates decimal values.
Mobile
- The dashboard « … » menu stays well within the screen on mobile.
- The mobile dock navigation bar is now scrollable when you have many dashboards (following your forum feedback
).
Scenes
- Variable renumbering is propagated when you delete an action inside a group.
- An error in a single widget no longer freezes the entire application, and the editor buttons remain accessible on screen.
- The « Speak on a speaker » action now accepts a calculated volume, and its volume setting has the new Horizon slider.
Integrations
- Zigbee2mqtt: explicit error message when connection to an external MQTT broker fails due to bad credentials.
- Free Mobile: the built-in integration is marked as soon to be deprecated.
- External integrations start again on kernels without « CFS bandwidth control ».
- Maps: CARTO map backgrounds are replaced by OpenFreeMap vector tiles.
- Gladys Plus: a warning appears if your local instance is behind the hosted interface.
Update
The update is done as usual from Settings → System, or automatically if you have enabled automatic updates.
