Hi everyone!
Gladys 5.2 is out today, and itâs a beautiful release
On the agenda: Gladys becomes a real thermostat with weekly schedules, and energy tracking is now available for all electricity contracts.
All the details are in the article:
Gladys can now be your thermostat, or programme the one you already have, with weekly schedules and a brand new widget. Energy tracking opens up to every electricity contract in the world. Also in this release: the channel of system messages, 34 math...
The SDK is now at v0.15.0, the store and the template are up to date!
As usual, the update is automatic if you use Watchtower, otherwise itâs just one click from the settings.
Donât hesitate to share your feedback on the forum
Itâs great to see the thermostat has arrived.
Thanks for your work on this @Will_71 !! We made it, just in time before winter
Thereâs still a bit of work to do with the pilot wires, among other things.
The PR will arrive soon.

And on top of that, weâll be able to recalculate costs only from a certain date, which will help limit Gladysâ workload
Come on, soon the possibility to choose start/end dates and which devices to recalculate
EDIT: if you still see your Energy Rates on screen, you need to refresh the page to get the new Contracts, I got a bit scared :
So we refresh the page and:
Maybe I didnât understand the need, but thatâs definitely possible

@pierre-gilles ,
Iâm following up on this topic â Iâve finished the verification for the PR that improves the energy tracking recalculation. I think you can review:
This will be followed by the next PR which adds clearer logging for the user, notably to see where the last launched tasks were at if a Gladys restart or an issue occurred during a recalculation (avoiding having to redo the entire recalculation âŠ):
I had tested @Terdious âs builds at the time and the recalculation over a period and on one or more devices worked very well.
February 2026⊠on the scale of AI, that was 10 years ago AI wasnât at all at the level it is today!
@Terdious âs work was fine, that wasnât the issue. But the PR was huge, and no one could have seriously reviewed it. At the time, I wasnât absolutely certain that his PR didnât alter the consumption calculation code, which is quite complex. So I set it aside in favor of other projects that were more of a priority at the time.
Today, things have changed: with AI, we can absolutely pick up this development properly and integrate it into Gladys with confidence
However, itâs not part of the projects Iâve planned for my last days of work before the baby arrives My year-end plan is detailed here: Gladys d'ici fin 2026 : une grande nouvelle et un plan ambitieux đ
Iâm happy to take a feature request if it doesnât already exist, and itâs a topic we can pick up again in 2027 when I return

Hello
I find the Gazpar meter linked to Enedis.
It is not in the same house.
