For non-English speakers, the foundation’s flashing tool now allows you to choose a medium other than an SD card (SSD, NVMe, etc.)

Hello everyone,
These tutorials allow you to start from a new installation.
Is it possible to migrate a functional Gladys installation to an SSD?
I think you need to retrieve the configuration files and copy them to the SSD.
Could someone give me (us) the method to migrate to an SSD?
Thanks in advance :slightly_smiling_face:

I’ll see what it gives

EDIT on October 26, 2021:
I’ve migrated Gladys to an SSD:

Performance results (2 tests as described here Installer Gladys sur un SSD au lieu d'une micro-SD - #8 par pierre-gilles):
SanDisk Ultra 16GB micro-sd card
Write: 7.3 MB/s
Read: 19.4 MB/s

PNY CS900 120 GB SSD
Write: 31.5 MB/s
Read: 31 MB/s

Good evening, for my part I have Gladys running with OpenMediaVault on an Asus EB1502 mini PC. For several months, I have regularly made complete system backups on PC with Acronis True Image 2019, then I reinstall them indifferently on SD card, SSD or USB key without any restart problem.
If it can help…

Small update, I made a video on the topic, very simple to set up and without command lines:
