It’s been over 2 weeks since the Google Home integration has been in alpha with about fifteen people.
The integration works well, and everyone agrees: it’s easy to set up (just a few clicks), and it’s fast! 
I have just published a tutorial on the site to integrate Google Home with Gladys:
As I mentioned in the tutorial, this integration is special due to the « cloud » nature of Google Home, and that’s why it’s offered via Gladys Plus (see the article for the full explanation).
For this integration to see the light of day, I had to go through a certification process to become a Google Home partner, and Gladys Plus was subjected to a battery of tests (automated and manual).
It was a lot of work, but it’s done!
