Lixee ICT problems

Hello,

I received a Lixee TIC that I connected to my Linky and managed to pair it with my Gladys setup :tada: (zigbee2mqtt :muscle:)

I have the following settings (I’m on single-phase HC/HP)

I have two questions:

  • Zigbee2Mqtt offers an OTA firmware update even though it is on the latest version. When I try to perform it, it fails (around 50%). Is this normal?
  • The information is reported once but then no longer updates. I tried reconfiguring it but still nothing. Have you ever had issues like this? My Zigbee dongle is 1 meter from the Lixee TIC.

Is it normal that your « measurement poll interval » field is empty?

I suggest putting a

If you look closely, your lixee tic is not up to date.

The version installed on your device is version 1 and the latest version is 13, hence the suggestion to update.
As for why the update fails, I don’t know.

I found this if it can help you

It’s 60 seconds by default, but yes, I’ll set it (to 2 or 5 minutes).
I also used the TIC command whitelist to send only 4 fields.
