When testing the daikin-onecta plugin for matterbridge, I can see the On/Off switch and the two setpoint temperatures (one for air conditioning mode and one for heating mode) appearing in Gladys:
The mode selection was not visible in Gladys, although I could see the modes in the Apple Home app. Here are screenshots of what I can see:
We probably need to replicate what was done for tuya for the modes, but for matter:
