For these new values, this is the debug I sent 6 minutes ago
namely:

If you look at the docs you will see that the topic is not correct.
You shouldn’t put set_message at the end but only set

I based myself on this article, in it it shows the topic used but… doesn’t work!
I thought we’d tried everything including all the solutions

### What happened?
The siren device from Heiman (HS2WD-E) doesn't work properly… . There was already exchanges on this topic but it seems that the problem is not solved.
The problem is that, when sending MQTT commands like
'{"warning":{"duration":2,"level":"low","mode":"burglar","strobe":true,"strobe_duty_cycle":1,"strobe_level":"low"}}', all parameters are ignored except:
- 'duration"
- 'mode' with only 2 possibilities: 'stop' => siren Off and all other parameters ( burglar, fire ...) lead to siren On without recognition of the type and level.
All relative to strobe is not taken into account.
There is no information coming back via MQTT giving the state of the siren.
The same behavior is observed when using the Front-end and this device doesn't appear on the dashboard.
Is there a way to solve this issue ?
### What did you expect to happen?
I expect a normal behavior with all parameters taken into account when sending commands.
### How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)
It is the observed behavior when just adding this device in the network.

I’ve tried everything! Nothing works, my siren stays silent
It’s a shame to have an Alarm mode in Gladys now and not be able to sound a siren, the only way to scare off potential burglars.
Thank you all for your help and patience.

Hi @spenceur ,
I saw somewhere that it would work on Home Assistant (HA); if you have a Home Assistant or can set one up and check, and if it does indeed work, see which MQTT message works!
@Isage no problem, I’m also frustrated I couldn’t get your alarm to work — there are certainly others that work in Gladys. Have you looked at the devices already integrated?

I found this device labelled « Gladys » in Airtable
I would prefer this model, which is better suited, but I don’t know if
I was in the process of looking for the reference.
I have this model and it is managed in Gladys
It’s not very powerful but it deters.
Clearly, I just don’t have the time right now, check with @Isage to test.
I think you’ll manage

Personally I have 2 models:
And the one mentioned previously (the orange)
The Tuya rings louder — I put it inside, and the orange one rings in my garden shed
