If you look at the docs you will see that the topic is not correct.
You shouldn’t put set_message at the end but only set

In my opinion, the problem comes from the topic being SET in the CHANGE node, but it should be defined in the MQTT OUT node.
Ok the config looks fine, especially regarding the topic.
Personally I prefer to define it here.

I’ve tried everything! Nothing works, my siren stays silent 
It’s a shame to have an Alarm mode in Gladys now and not be able to sound a siren, the only way to scare off potential burglars.

I saw somewhere that it would work on Home Assistant (HA); if you have a Home Assistant or can set one up and check, and if it does indeed work, see which MQTT message works!
@Isage no problem, I’m also frustrated I couldn’t get your alarm to work — there are certainly others that work in Gladys. Have you looked at the devices already integrated?

I would prefer this model, which is better suited, but I don’t know if
