Password for second profile?

Hello,

I just created a second profile. All good, I log in with the credentials I entered myself, and it works.

I asked my girlfriend to log in (plus.gladisassistant.com) and she can’t: « E-mail / password incorrect ».

I try again on my phone, same thing. I tell myself I must have made a typo or it’s Alzheimer’s, so I reset the password in the Settings/Users/Edit…

And now, no matter what password I enter, it’s impossible to log in.

Also, she hasn’t received an email with a reset link…

I don’t see anything in the logs…

In the Gladys Plus settings, did you authorize the connection for your second account? Gladys Assistant

I had the same problem as you @jcmoriaud
Actually, when you’re in Gladys Plus, you first log in with your admin account.
Then you go to Settings :

then to Plus Users :

and you add a second account (user or admin):

then it’s pending and I don’t know what to do because I never went further :

@cicoub13 despite having 2 users on my gladys (1 admin and 1 user), I only see a single remote user o_O

Good evening and my apologies, I’m embarrassed because as usual I didn’t read the documentation in full and I messed up… How embarrassing!
I’m not (yet) subscribed to Gladys Plus and I wanted to test the app anyway, and so instead of entering my internal IP, I was putting the G+ address.
Anyway, it works, you can delete the topic if needed.

To reply to me, the new user must create an account on Plus and associate it with their local account. Then they appear and we can activate the remote user :slight_smile:
