Hello @Einstein8854, Indeed, more scan buttons (unlike the documentation) and to help you, I had the same problem that I solved by having them detected in the zigbee2mqtt interface (port 8080) and then they appeared in gladys.

a bit of news about my zigbee troubles.
apparently the problem is solved, a few bits of info about what seems to be the problem.
following the responses from @VonOx in particular on the log and errors related to the usb bandwidth, i dug a bit deeper and tested my hardware configuration a bit more, for reference: an old hp compaq pc with a celeron D processor, 4gb of ram and a 40gb sata hd, 5 usb ports, networked with my livebox via wifi with linux ubuntu 20.04lts (after an unsuccessful attempt with 21.1, which seems to be compatible now…)
and there, by testing my usb ports, i realized that they weren’t even usb2, so the bandwidth was terrible…
so be careful with recycling old configurations.
i switched to an older but less old one: compaq with amd sempron 2x2100, 6gb of ram, 250gb hd still under ubuntu 20.04, with 8 usb (but usb 2…) and now everything seems to work: weather, telegram, mqtt, zigbee, bluetooth.
in zigbee, i can detect my xiami aqara temperature, humidity and pressure sensor!
and i can even pick up my lidl silvercrest smart home connected plug!
to join @pierre-gilles on the presence, i tested the phone without success but found a small eTAG BT (which you apparently call nut) that i had as a promotional gift at a trade show a few years ago and now i have a small scene for presence that works very well.
i’m now waiting for a presence detector and a switch for lighting, not to mention the rest…
and at the same time, i’m still investigating for my weather station (the solution going through a third-party api bothers me, while the station is at my house), same for remote wifi cameras (100m outside…)
nodered seems to be a good intermediary, to be seen (warning, however, some tool palettes are defective and crash docker… be careful when downloading them)
for me, not related to gladys, the gift is next week: fiber optics is coming to my house in a hamlet of 22!
