More temperature data

Hello,

I’m no longer receiving all the information from my Zigbee thermometers.

Some give me everything and others nothing, despite a battery change and the fact that they’re currently close to Gladys.

And what surprises me a lot is that when I go to the logs on the z2m web page, they remain empty even though it normally communicates lots of stuff…

Any idea?

There are quite a few avenues to explore…

In your z2m interface, are the devices in question actually online? Are they reporting any info?
You might try re-pairing them.
Have you added devices recently? > if so, does your dongle support having all those devices or are you at the max capacity?
Are the devices that have stopped reporting anything close to Wi‑Fi devices?

I can see them, I see information but I don’t know how old it is…
I can also see their battery, which is not at 100%, so it seems to be changing.

Maybe you could try re-pairing them.

No, nothing recent.

Not originally, but they are far from my dongle, hence their being nearby while I try to reactivate them.

I’m experiencing the same problem, and the various attempts — changing the battery and re-pairing — do not restore normal operation. This isn’t the first time the sensors have stopped reporting data, but this time three of them malfunctioned within a short period.

I have a sensor that was working perfectly, I managed to repair it
