Hello, I have two ZIGBEE thermometers that suddenly stopped sending information to GLADYS. I removed them from the zigbee2MQTT configuration but I can’t reinstall them…
Also, my service seems OK
I reset the integration but without success. However, since then I have this message:

Can you give us the exact reference of your Zigbee sensors?
Each device has its own pairing procedure, so the easiest way is to check your model in the official Zigbee2MQTT list:
Then follow the procedure dedicated to your device.
Using a backup, I was able to restore a state where my sensors are paired, but no data is coming through..
However, the sensors are properly detected
But in Gladys, no information is coming through.. strange?
Can you try with the « Device » widget?
Still the same, no recent value
And regarding the Zigbee2mqtt integration in Gladys, did you add the devices to Gladys? Don’t you have anything in the « Zigbee Discovery » tab?
