Zigbee2MQTT refresh

Hello everyone,
I use Z2M to retrieve temperature and humidity sensor data from Xiaomi WSDCGQ11LM. For some time now, 3 of the 4 installed have not been permanently connected: message of no data recorded recently. As soon as I stop Z2M in Galdys and restart it, the data reappears.
After a short analysis in Z2M, I think these are sensors that, at least at some point, did not have a direct contact with the gateway but were going through an intermediary.
Other info: to use thermostatic valves ME167 not natively recognized in Z2M, I added an additional module. Everything, however, works well in Z2M.
Any idea?

Hi,

Same problem with my Xiaomi Aqara temperature and humidity sensors. I feel like they disconnect from time to time, maybe as you say, when their signal is relayed.
On the internet it seemed to be an issue specific

Same here, I reconnected 3 of them 2 days ago. They’re going to end up in the trash; I think I’ll replace them with Sonoff.

I’m also having problems with some of my Aqara temperature sensors…
I just bought a few of them on AliExpress, Tuya model, I’ll give you feedback! :+1:

It’s a bit like IKEA devices; they work better if they’re paired with another device from the same brand.
Long live the jungle of brands and the various ways of implementing a standard!

I replaced all my Aqara temperature sensors with Sonoff ones and it works much better and lasts longer!

I only have Sonoff (6), and I don’t have any disconnections.

Thanks everyone for your responses. It’s nice not to feel alone.

However, I was hoping for a less radical solution than throwing everything away because apparently, at least for me, the sensors work fine: they communicate with the gateway and the information is available in Z2M. I think it’s rather the connection with Gladys that’s causing the problem, hence my request. As soon as I restart the integration, the information is updated!

Otherwise, the solution is to use the Xiaomi module directly instead of Zigbee if you don’t want to replace them

As for me, I’ve only had Aqara temperature sensors for 3 years with no problems!
You’re scaring me, so I don’t want to change everything — I just hope it lasts!
